Shipping
International packages may be subject to a Brokerage Fee once your package arrives in your country that is in addition to the shipping charges paid on this site. International customers using USPS International Shipping methods should expect arrival times of up to 3 weeks. Package tracking is not guaranteed.
Most products ship via UPS. Tracking information is sent via email once your order is processed. You can follow your order status by clicking on the link in your shipping email, or by logging into your Store Account.

- Submitted orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m., U.S. CST. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day whenever possible if the item is in stock (excluding Holidays).
- Orders eligible for 2nd Day Air service that are received and processed by 2 p.m. CST should arrive in 2 business days. Orders eligible for Next Day Air service that are received and processed by 2 p.m. should arrive in 1 business day.
- Eligible 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders received after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day when product is available (excluding Holidays) which could result in additional transit time.
- Back Ordered items will be shipped separately as they become available.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that are not defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship but are unwanted or are ordered in error may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
